Withdrawal requests submitted between 09:00 and 21:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within 2 hours of submission, provided KYC verification has been completed. Attempting to withdraw to an account in a different name will result in the request being rejected and may trigger an AML review.
All transactions on the jas188 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless otherwise stated for specific cryptocurrency or USDT deposit channels. Exchange-rate risk for any currency conversion is borne solely by the User.
